NOTICE OF 2026 BOARD and ANNUAL MEETING DATES
(THESE ARE VIRTUAL MEETINGS)
During 2026 Gregg's Landing North Homeowners Association will have six regular Board meetings and an Annual Meeting. Your Board encourages homeowners to Join the Board meetings to learn about Association activities and have an opportunity to discuss any
matters of concern to homeowners.
Our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., will contact members via email with log in information to join these meetings. If changed to an in-person meeting you will also be given notice by our property manager. Please keep an eye out for these email notices. If you have provided your email contact to our property manager and haven't been getting these notices, please check your junk or spam folders.
The Annual Meeting of our homeowners takes place in November and includes election of a number of Board Directors. In order to hold the election our By-Laws require a quorum of 10% of HOA members (131 members) return their proxies to our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., prior to the scheduled meeting. The proxy statements are sent by regular mail to all homeowners a few weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. Please return completed proxies to our property manager well in advance of the scheduled meeting so the election can take place. If a quorum is not reached the Annual Meeting has to be postponed to a later date upon reaching the quorum requirement resulting in a delay to election of Directors.
