All contact information for our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., is in the Property Manager Tab along with a Homeowner Contact Information Form so we can send you occasional emails notices of Board meetings and other important items.

NOTICE: The board meeting scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2024 has been canceled. The board would not have a quorum of directors available for the meeting. We regret this last minute change and will send out an email blast and post the new date on our website when the new date is determined.

NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING DATES for 2024

(PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULED AS VIRTUAL MEETINGS)

Gregg's Landing North Homeowners Association will have six Board meetings in 2024. Your Board encourages homeowners to Join these meetings to learn about Association activities and give an opportunity for homeowners to discuss any matters of concern to them.

Our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., will contact members via email with log in information to join the meeting. If changed to an in-person meeting you will also be given notice by our property manager. Please keep an eye out for these email notices.

Monday, January 15, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

Monday, March 11, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

Monday, July 8, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

Monday, September 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm. Cancelled.

Monday, November 11 , 2024 at 7 :00pm - Annual Members Meeting and Board Election

Board meeting dates for 2025 will be posted in January 2025.
