October 23, 2026 E-Voting Update from your Board
Hi Neighbors,
The candidate information and individual household eBallot voting instructions have been emailed and should now be in your email inbox. The GLNHOA e-Ballot voting portal is open. Please take a few minutes to vote! It’s important that as many homeowners as possible participate in selecting the 7 board members from the 11 candidates, for all the open 7 board seats.
For E-Voters, you will only have one email password for E-Voting. The eBallot email comes from: Greggs Landing North Association noreply@eballot.com). Please check any email accounts you have on file with McGill.
Some of you may receive candidate information and ballots via USMail if you do not have your email on file with McGill, our property manager. Please complete those ballots and return them as directed.
If you haven’t submitted your electronic consent form to accept emails notices instead of USMailing notices, please do so for future communications. This helps reduce our costs for USMailings. You can easily consent by logging in to your Appfolio account at McGiill. Select Profile, in Contact Preferences approve Consent to Electronic Notices.

October 13, 2026 E-Voting Update from your Board
Your Board recently approved electronic voting (e-voting) for all future GLNHOA elections and member votes. Switching to online voting saves printing and mailing costs, makes participating much simpler, and helps ensure we easily meet the quorum needed to hold elections.
Next Steps & How to Participate:
- Opt In: Check your inbox for the September 25 email from Laura Martyniuk at McGill Management. Please complete the consent forms to opt into e-voting and electronic notices*. Your Board strongly recommends doing both.
- Watch Your Inbox or US Mail: We have partnered with Votenet Solutions for our virtual election meeting on Monday, November 9, 2026. Look out for election emails from both McGill and Votenet, and please make sure they don’t get filtered into your spam or junk folder. Check your mail if applicable
- Please vote: Promptly return your completed election ballot.

October 13, 2026 Board Update
Your Board has decided to extend the Monday, October 12 deadline for return of Candidate Forms in the September 25 email and hard copy mailings. The new deadline is Monday, October 19, 2026.
NOTICE OF 2026 BOARD and ANNUAL MEETING DATES
(THESE ARE VIRTUAL MEETINGS)
During 2026 Gregg's Landing North Homeowners Association will have six regular Board meetings and an Annual Meeting. Your Board encourages homeowners to Join the Board meetings to learn about Association activities and have an opportunity to discuss any
matters of concern to homeowners.
Our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., will contact members via email with log in information to join these meetings. If changed to an in-person meeting you will also be given notice by our property manager. Please keep an eye out for these email notices. If you have provided your email contact to our property manager and haven't been getting these notices, please check your junk or spam folders.
The Annual Meeting of our homeowners takes place in November and includes election of a number of Board Directors. In order to hold the election our By-Laws require a quorum of 10% of HOA members (131 members) return their proxies to our property manager, McGill Management, Inc., prior to the scheduled meeting. The proxy statements are sent by regular mail to all homeowners a few weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. Please return completed proxies to our property manager well in advance of the scheduled meeting so the election can take place. If a quorum is not reached the Annual Meeting has to be postponed to a later date upon reaching the quorum requirement resulting in a delay to election of Directors.
